Optional Topping:

Chocolate sauce

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp. swerve

Direction

Slightly melt or soften the peanut butter and the coconut oil in some microwave or a low heat on a stove.

Add it to a blender and the remaining ingredients.

Blend until well combined.

Pour into your loaf pan with parchment paper lining.

Refrigerate for 2 hours until set. If you are using chocolate sauce, just whisk the ingredients together then drizzle over the fudge after it has been set. Serve and enjoy!
